By the input of the low status input signal and the low status click signal, the first and second PMOS transistor(TP1,TP2) are turned on, and to the output terminal of the second PMOS transistor(TP2) a high signal is outputted. And by supplying a low signal to the control terminal of the third PMOS transistor(TP3), a high signal to the control terminal of the second NMOS transistor(TN2) and a low signal to the control terminal of the third NMOS transistor(TN3), the transistors(TP3,TN2) are turned on, and the output terminal of the third PMOS outputs a high signal. So, to the control terminal of the transistor(TP4,TN4) a high signal are supplied and the fourth NMOS transistor is turned on and continues to output the data already held. |
