PROCESS FOR PRODUCING CONDUCTIVE NYLON 6/POLYANILINE COMPOSITES

The method of preparing conductive nylon 6/polyaniline composite is employed for a rechargeable battery, an electrode and an element of electric liquid crystal screen. The composite is easily produced because of simple processing control and is improved a mechanical strength and electric stability. An inorganic oxidation agent which is not decomposed by formic acid(a solvent for nylon 6 resin) and hot melt, is dispersed and penetrated into the matrix 6 resin. And then nylon 6 resin prepared in this manner, is hanged in vacuum and uniformly exposed to aniline vapor and hydrochloride acid vapor simultaneously. Consequently, the fine particle of aniline vapor is reacted with inorganic oxidation agent located in the matrix of nylon 6 resin and a equivalent aniline is oxidation and polymerized. Therefore polyaniline is formed in the matrix of nylon 6 resin.
