FIELD: mineral concentration. SUBSTANCE: transfer line in addition to device for disintegration and size classification, complex of gravitational apparatuses, complex for trapping of fine grains of valuable component, contains complex of magnetic separators with weak and strong magnetic fields, electrostatic magnetic or isodynamic separators, melting complex and grinding device. Complexes of size classification, gravitational apparatuses, grinding devices, valuable component fine grain trapping, and magnetic of isodynamic separators and melting complex are installed on one another. Complex of magnetic separators with weak and strong magnetic fields are installed successively between disintegrator and size classification device and complex of gravitational apparatuses; and the second output of magnetic separator with strong magnetic field is connected with electrostatic separator. In addition, melting complex is installed in transfer line after complex of gravitational apparatuses. EFFECT: higher integration of processing of mineral raw materials and ecological safety of process of separation of valuable components. |
