A method and device for eliminating the pollution of intense light, include a polarizer in the intense light body, and an analyzer disposed in front of one's eyes to eliminate intense light, their polarization surfaces are perpendicular to each other and so as to constitute a system for eliminating the intense light pollution. The polarids which form the polarizer and the analyzer are provided in a rotatable structure respectively, and the angle between their polarization surface and the level can be adjusted by means of a gravity rectifying hammer or block, thereby to accomplish the optimal effect of eliminating intense light pollution.
