Electric line adaptor

The adapter is provided on one side of a casing (10) with insertion apertures (50-56) and pertinent contact springs (16, 18, 20) for pins of an instrument plug, and on the other side with several pairs of different plug pins (23, 24, 26) for the insertion into different outlets, and comprises electric connections between the contact springs and associated plug pins. The contact springs are fixed at the casing, and are in constant contact with the associated contact pins. A cover part (14) is movably arranged at the casing between at least two determined positions, so that it respectively covers or exposes different pairs of contact springs. The cover part is pref. formed as an socket outlet for the instrument to be connected.
