PURPOSE:To attain a simple and highly accurate interference measurement by interrupting the transmission power of a desired wave channel for a prescribed time, allowing a peripheral disturbing station to interrupt the transmission power synchronously therewith for a prescribed time only before and after the interruption of the desired channel and measuring a desired wave level and a disturbing wave level at the time of transmission OFF. CONSTITUTION:A communication signal from an input terminal 100 is converted into a signal compressed timewise by a time interrupting the transmission power intermittently by the compression circuit 6 and the result is sent via a modulator 7, a transmission circuit 8, an antenna multicoupler 9 and an antenna 10. A switch 11 at the output side of a transmission circuit 8 is operated on a frame signal obtained from a control signal input terminal 101 to interrupt the transmission power for a prescribed period only. On the other hand, a radio wave received via the antenna 10 and the antenna multicoupler 9 is restored into a base band signal by a reception circuit 13 and a demodulator 14 and a time expansion circuit reproduces the original signal and the result of measurement of the reception level by a level measuring instrument 16 is given to a control circuit 17 to obtain a desired wave level. Thus, the interference is measured simply with high accuracy. |
