PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring apparatus in which deposits are scraped by scrapers without causing unevenness of scraping and provide a continuous dissolving apparatus using the apparatus. SOLUTION: Scrapers 12a, 12b to stir a liquid substance and at the same time to scrape deposits on the inner wall of a container are installed in a rotary axis 13 which penetrates in the center of a cylindrical container 11. Axes 102a, 102b parallel to the rotary axis 13 are journalled to the tip end parts of arms 101a, 101b fixed in the rotary axis 13 in the way they can rotate, rods 103a, 103b in which scrapers 12 are fixed at one end parts are installed, and balancers 104a, 104b to keep weight balance with the scrapers 12a, 12b are also installed in the other end sides of the rods 103a, 103b. Moreover, springs 105a, 105b each one end of which is supported with the outer circumferential part of the rotary axis 13 to apply a prescribed pressing force are installed near the end parts of the scrapers 12a, 12b of the rods 103a, 103b, so that the scrapers 12a, 12b are pushed evenly to the inner wall of the container by the pressing force of the springs 105a, 105b. |
