The suspension of an optical pickup actuator for an optical disc player comprises: a focusing direction adjusting member(44) formed by folding downwardly the upper and lower portions of a thin metal material taking a cross shape and having a good elasticity; and a tracking direction adjusting member(50) formed by folding upwardly the left and right portions of the metal material and by inserting the left and right ends thereof into a coupling groove formed on the end portion of the inside of an objective holder(42), whereby the one end of the objective holder(42) is received to be crossed on the inside of the focusing direction adjusting member(44).
