<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perfectly cover a striker so as to aim at the waterproofing and dust- proofing by dividing a cover, which is arranged on the surface of a metal base plate, into an inside cover for covering inside of both leg parts and an annular outside cover for covering outside for arrangement. SOLUTION: Both leg parts 3, 3 of a U-shaped engaging rod 2 are inserted into a central part of a metal base plate 1 for fixation so as to form a striker 5. At this stage, both the leg parts 3, 3 are respectively formed with a caulking swelling part 3'. Through holes 8, 8 are formed in a vibration damping base plate 6, which is provided between the striker 5 and a car body 7 and of which area is a little larger than that of the metal base plate 1 of the striker 5, at positions, which meet through holes 4, 4 formed in the metal base plate 1. The vibration damping base plate 6 provided with bent parts 9, 9, which are formed by bending to the metal base plate 1 side, in an upper and a lower ends thereof and formed with engaging holes 10, 10 in the bent parts 9, 9 thereof is inserted. Continuously, the vibration damping base plate 6 is made to abut on the car body 7, and screwed 11, 11 are respectively inserted into the through holes 4, 4 of the metal base plate 1 and the through holes 8, 8 of the vibration damping base plate 6. Furthermore, the screws 11, 11 are screwed with screw holes 12, 12 formed in the car body 7 so as to fix the striker 5.</p> |
