This method is for a terminal using two-color light emitting diode(LED). It provides a method that brightness differences caused by different etching are not perceived.The brightness control method comprises the steps of: checking if on/off control status of a present LED is on when the last LED status is on; changing the status of the checked actually lighting LED to off in case the checked LED is on; changing the LED status to on in case the checked LED is off.
