PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply toner without causing a color mixture and the scattering of the toner surely by installing a supplying drum for toner supply so as to be coaxial with a developing drum. SOLUTION: The developing drum 2 is partitioned into plural developing chambers inside and each chamber is provided with a developing roller as a developing means. The developing rollers covered with the toner of each color successively appear in a window 4A, in accordance with drum rotations, to make an electrostatic latent image on a photoreceptor drum visualizable. The supplying drum 6 for supplying the toner is provided on one end side of a case 4, to be coaxial with the developing drum 2. Plural toner chambers are provided in the supplying drum 6, to correspond with the developing chambers in the developing drum 2 on a one-to-one basis and both of the toner chambers and the developing chambers are connected by toner carrying means. Thus, the supplying drum 6 is partitioned into isolated chambers for the toner of each color and the respective toner chambers are connected by screw conveyors as exclusive toner carrying means, so that the toner can be supplied to each developing chamber, without causing the color mixture and the scattering of the toner. |
