PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic inspection device for inside of porous material which can easily measure the position of a subject to be detected such as an iron, reinforcement, or iron pipe within a concrete structure regardless of the depth, and measure a cracking depth, void depth, concrete thickness or foreign matter position, and has high precision in these measurements. SOLUTION: This device has an ultrasonic oscillating sensor 5 arranged on the surface of a concrete structure 1 and inputting an ultrasonic wave into the concrete structure 1 and a receiving sensor 6 for receiving the reflected wave reflected by the concrete structure 1 inner part and transducing it into electric signal. The signal detected by this receiving sensor is filtered to reduce the dominant frequency component of the oscillated wave and the spectrum component of higher term of the reflected wave from the reverse side of the concrete structure 1. The position of a reinforcement or the like in the inner part is measured by ultrasonic inspection on the basis of this output (spectrum) of the filter. |
