PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of stably obtaining an image of high image quality on condition that a developing device with no toner stirring member and a toner recycling device are used. SOLUTION: A recycling belt 9-1 is installed so as to be inclined upward in a recycling direction. Thus, the toner is carried not in a horizontal direction but in an upward direction in a direction of recycling the toner from a cleaning device 7 to the developing device 4. Also, a gap is formed between an elastic projection part 9-4 and a recycle case 9-2. Then, the aggregated toner is sorted out from powdery normal toner, then, the normal toner is efficiently carried. |
