PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the length of optical path from a laser oscillator to a machining head. SOLUTION: A laser beam L emitted from a laser oscillator 1 is reflected on a reflecting mirror 22 of a machining head 4 and collected with a condenser lens after being reflected in order of reflecting mirrors 11, 12, 13, 17 and 18. When ball screws 32, 33 having different leads are rotated with a driving motor 31, the reflecting unit 3 is moved in the same direction synchronously with the movement of the maching head 4. In a case of matching the length of optical path with the focus distance of the condenser lens, the ball screw 28 is rotated with a driving motor 27 and the reflecting unit 2 is moved. |
