PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize deviation in line of sight with an opposite party in conversation with a simple configuration in the video conference system. SOLUTION: A window position setting means 8 displays image data from a communication opposite party at a position as close as possible to a camera 2 based on position data of the camera 2 outputted from a camera position detection means 7. Thus, when a talker himself 1 views a window 6 on which image data from the talking opposite party is displayed, the deviation in the line of sight with the camera 2 is minimized to send a video image with less deviation in line of sight to the talking opposite party. |
