PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyurethane composition desirable to give various medical molded products having good fatigue resistance, a small change in hardness upon a temperature change, excellent low-temperature properties, high elongation and a good balance among flexibility, elastic recovery, tensile strength and hydrolysis resistance. SOLUTION: This medical polyurethane composition comprises a polyoxyalkylene glycol comprising 5-95mol% 2-10C polymethylene oxide units and 95-5mol% alkylene oxides each of which contains an alkyl group and has 3-10 carbon atoms in the main chain and a polyfunctional isocyanate compound as essential components and a compound having isocyanato-reactive functional groups as an optional component. |
