PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the water permeability and the noise eliminating property by mixing pulverized pieces of EVA resin foaming body and silica sand in the liquid polyurethane, and filling this mixed material in a die, and pressurizing it, and while giving the vibration to it. SOLUTION: Pulverized pieces of EVA resin foaming body at about 1-8 parts by weight and silica sand at 15-80 parts by weight are mixed in the liquid polyurethane resin at about 10-40 parts by weight for mixing. The mixture of the EVA resin foaming body and the polyurethane resin is filled in a die, and pressurized by the pressure at about 15-300g/cm<2> , desirably, at about 150g/cm<2> , and while vibration is given to it, and after leaving it in the non- pressurizing condition for 6-24 hours, it is taken out of the die so as to form a coated mat 1. Since this coated mat 1 has clearances for transmitting water, the sufficient water permeability is provided, and the water is evaporated from the clearance so that the coated mat is easily dried. Furthermore, it has the excellent noise eliminating property, the influence of the sound of falling rain and the foot step to the downstairs is eliminated. |
