PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a product of a ceramics sheet laminate having high precision by successively processing the respective ceramics green sheet laminates through a first, second and third processes and thereafter burning these ceramics green sheet laminates. SOLUTION: In a first process, after printing a sheetlike body 40 which has the area of a plurality of pieces of ceramics sheet laminates of a product on a ceramics green sheet 42 formed together with a carrier sheet 41 made of a synthetic resin and performing drying treatment, standard holes 82 are bored. In a second process, while fitting the respective standard holes 82 into standard pins of a placing board, the green sheets 42 are mutually bonded and peeling operation of the carrier sheet 41 in the upper position is repeated and lamination is performed. Then, in the third process, the green sheet 42 of the laminated state is cut on the placing board to obtain the green sheet laminate having size corresponding to the laminate of the product. After processing is successively performed through these three processes, the green sheet laminate is burned to obtain the laminate of the product. Therefore, deformation of the green sheet 42 is prevented at time of lamination and cutting. The laminate having excellent precision is produced as the product. |
