PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at the promotion of low cost of production upon miniaturizing a system by making a booster circuit simplifiable, and also the measure of capacitor volume reducible too. SOLUTION: An electronic control unit(ECU) inputs a pre-energizing signal to a control signal generating part in time of t0. This control signal generating part turns a switch SW2 to ON in time of t0 on the basis of this signal. In consequence, a pre-energizing current Iαis fed to a solenoid L from a battery B. Next, the ECU makes a solenoid driving signal be inputted no the control signal generating part in time of t1, and thereby this control signal generating part 14 turns a switch SW1 to ON on the basis of the signal, while it keeps this switch SW1 on continued intact, and it delays a supply of a holding current Ih till solenoid voltage turns to the negative voltage by means of LCR resonance. Consequently, high voltage charged to a capacitor C1 by a booster circuit 11 is impressed on the solenoid, operating it at a high speed.
