The engine oil exchange sensing system for sensing whether an engine oil of an oil fan is exchanged to inform an exchange time, comprises: a pressurizing protrusion fixed on the oil fan, for pressurizing a switch on the one side thereof; a sensor comprised of a body, the switch contacted onto the pressurizing protrusion and having a tooth socket, a rotary plate fixed on the body and having a signal pattern on the rear surface thereof, and a plurality of terminals closely contacted into the signal pattern of the rotary plate to thereby transmit an output signal to a controller; the controller for calculating an engine oil exchange time; and a display for displaying the exchange indication through characters or sound.
