When an engine is running, engine oil is delivered to a sucking housing(11) from an oil pump through multiple inlets(11a). The oil in the sucking housing(11) is delivered to an inlet pipe(26) through a hose(925). And the engine oil is cooled off from the inlet pipe(26) along the helical cooling pass, to be filled in the space provided above a filter housing(20). This oil hits hard an impeller(30c) with powerful pressure rotating a rotating member(30). When the engine runs at high speed, the speed of oil circulation increases and the rotation speed of the rotating part(30) increases. So, more oil flows to the housing(20).
