FIELD: oil producing industry; recovery of heavy viscous oil and paraffin-resinous crude oil from wells drilled in permafrost zone. SUBSTANCE: the offered method is effected by continuous lifting of oil through flow string with hot fluid, for instance, hot water injected into oil formation through injection string and use of hot vapor, for instance, of hot steam. Oil is produced with heating of injection and flow strings, for which purpose, hot steam is pumped through the entire length of injection and flow strings to provide for its circulation through the circuit - surface-oil formation-surface. Injection and flow strings are provided with rigidly connected pipelines for pumping-through of hot steam to ensure circulation through circuit - surface-oil formation-surface.
