Method for producing baked goods which keep well, from the dough mass comprises: (i) placing the dough in a glass or ceramic container instead of a baking tin, which also performs as the packing for the finished product; (ii) baking the product in the container; and (iii) closing the container with a cover and cooling the product. In this original process, closure between baking and cooling may be carried out with the assistance of a suitable device or treatment.
