Automatic handler for bags filled in packing machine

The bags are first displaced by a clamp (2) from a withdrawal station to a removal station. In the withdrawal station two arms (4) with suction cups (25) withdraw the bag and place it open under the discharge mouth (8 - 10). The mouth lower part (8,9) descends vertically and penetrates into the bag. The bag is then clamped at the discharge mouth by levers (15) joined by hinges to the movable part of the mouth. When the bag has been filled and the discharge mouth raised, the lateral edge parts of the bag are clamped by two retaining clamps (19,20) the bag is transferred to the station where it will be closed.
