The vessel is fitted with an insulating connecting ring (18). It is used for connection of a first flange (16) supporting the outer vessel (24) together with a lateral surface of the inner, insulating vessel (12). There are several conductors (14) which are insulated from each other and which are partly embedded in the insulated inner vessel (12). They are accessible on opposite sides of the insulating connecting ring (8). The system is used for detecting radiation and it is refrigerated. Thin film conductors are used on the inner vessel.
