The medicine compositions containing biphenyldimethyldicarboxylate and ursodesoxycholic acid in the ratio of 1:2- 2:8 were prepared. Thus, 2.5 g of biphenyldimethyldicarboxylate, 10.0 g of ursodesoxycholic acid, 13.5 g of lactose, 4.5 g of corn starch, 2.5 g of calcium carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.5 g of magnesium stearate, 1.5 g of hydroxypropyl cellulose, 0.3 g of arabia rubber, 0.8 g of talc, 0.075 g of titanium dioxide, 0.05 g of gelatin, 19.4 g of white sugar, 0.3 g of hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, 0.075 g of polyethylene glycol 6,000 and 4.0 g of precipitating calcium carbonate were compounded and formed to 600 mg of tablet.
