<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method capable of surely sealing various harmful metals in a soot and dust, which is a final waste material generated at the time of waste material incineration, so that no harmful metals are eluted. SOLUTION: In a waste gas treating device attached to a waste material incineration plant, a treating agent consisting of slaked lime mainly for the purpose of the neutralization of HC1 gas and having >=30m<2> /g specific surface area, cement, a neutralizing agent, an inorganic adsorbent, a chelating agent, water glass, a phosphate and a harmful metal stabilizing agent consisting essentially of one or more kinds selected from compounds producing a hardly soluble or insoluble compound by the reaction with the harmful compounds such as Pb is sprayed.</p> |
