PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a collimator lens in a semiconductor laser by using photo- setting adhesive agent. SOLUTION: A collimator lens 2 is retained by a lens barrel 21 made of transparent resin. A laser holder 11 coated with photo-setting adhesive agent 3 is covered with the lens barrel 21. The photo-setting adhesive agent 3 is cured by light irradiation. The adhering part of the lens barrel 21 and the laser holder 11 are roughened by unevenness 21d, 11b. Thereby the adhesion of the photo- setting adhesive agent 3 is increased, and the trouble that uncured photo-setting adhesive agent oozes from the adhering part and contaminates the collimator lens can be avoided. |
