PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the transmission power for an up link with higher accuracy by providing a means to put together the signal components of channels of a down link at a base station after amplification or attenuation and based on the receiving state of the up link. SOLUTION: The encoding circuits 206 of both transmitting parts 205 and 210 encode the information on a channel 1 or 2 and send them to the spread spectrum circuits 207 respectively. The circuits 207 diffuse the encoded information by the spread spectrum codes allocated to the channel 1 or 2 and send the spread information to the amplification/attenuation circuits 208. The circuits 208 amplify or attenuate the spread spectrum signals to the large and small power of the receiving correlation value sent from the comparators 203 of both receiving parts 201 and 209 respectively and transmit the base band signals to a synthesizing circuit 106. The circuit 106 applied the up conversion to the base band signals received from the circuits 208 to send the radio signals to a radio transmitting circuit 104 and to transmit the radio signals through an antenna 101.
