发明名称 WELDING MATERIAL FOR CRYOGENIC STEEL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a welding material capable of well welding and joining cryogenic steels and improving the cryogenic characteristics of weld zones after welding. SOLUTION: This welding material contains <=0.08% C, <=2.0% Si, 6.0 to 18.0% Mn, 10.0 to 20.0% Ni, 10.0 to 14.0% Cr, 2.0 to 7.0% Mo and <=0.20% N and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities. The elements among the inevitable impurities are regulated at need to <=0.005% P, <=0.005% S, <=0.03% Cu and <=0.005% O. The cryogenic steels may be well welded and joined and the excellent characteristics, such as strength and toughness, at the cryogenic temp. are obted. in the weld zones as well. The welding material has stable nonmagnetic characteristics even at the cryogenic temp. and is usable for welding of nonmagnetic steels as well.
