<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a detecting device and to reduce the cost by integrating a signal processing system for detection of magnetism on a base. SOLUTION: In a closed circuit part 2, a loop current LP is generated in one direction by impressing an alternating gate voltage on a P-type channel transistor 23 and an N-type channel transistor 24 from an alternating gate voltage generating power source 21 and by impressing an alternating drain voltage thereon from an alternating drain voltage generating power source 22, and the loop current is outputted to a phase detecting part 3. The phase detecting part 3 detects a phase difference between output currents (the loop currents LP) outputted thereto at the time when no magnetic field is impressed and at the time when the magnetic field is impressed.</p> |
