<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a partition material to a partition material recovering part by placing only a product on a carrier conveyor by reliably separating it from the partition material in the product and the partition material layered and housed in a supply cassette. SOLUTION: A lead frame 30 having an opening and an interleaf 31 are alternately layered and arranged in a supply cassette 11, and among these, the lead frame 30 is sucked by a sucking part 21a of a first sucking hand 21, and the interleaf 30 is sucked by a sucking/blowing-off part 21b through the opening of the lead frame 30. The lead frame 30 and the interleaf 31 are placed on a pair of sucking boards 15 and 15 of an interleaf recovering cassette 12 by a sucking hand 21. Next, the lead frame 30 on a pair of the sucking boards 15 and 15 is sucked by a sucking part 22a of a second sucking hand 22. At the same time, air is blown off from a sucking/blowing-off part 22b, and the interleaf 31 is sucked by a pair of sucking boards 15 and 15, and the lead frame 30 is separated from, the interleaf 31, and is placed on a carrier conveyor 13.</p> |
