PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the outward appearance of a vehicle body, by providing a decorative cover for covering from outside a disklike cover for closing the opening of a mission case, also facilitate molding an O ring inserting annular groove in the disklike cover, and moreover facilitate the assembly of the disklike and decorative covers to the mission case. SOLUTION: A circular opening 19, for communicating the outside and inside of a mission case 14, is formed on the mission case 14 internally storing a lubricating oil. A disklike cover 22, for opening/closing freely closing the opening 19, is provided to form an annular groove 27 on the axis core 20 of the cover 22 on the outer surface of the cover 22, and also an O ring 28 is fitted into the annular groove 27. A decorative cover 30, for covering the cover 22 from outside, is provided separately from the cover 22, and the covers 22 and 30 are detachably co-fastened to the ission case 14.
