PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain roof soil free from crack development and improved in mechanical strengths and watertightness by packaging in a packaging bag a mixture prepared by kneading lime, fine granular aggregates, paste, chemical adhesive and water followed by leaving the package to stand to effect solidification and then by applying pressure to the resultant package. SOLUTION: First, a kneaded product is prepared by charging an agitating tank 10 with slaked lime, fine granular aggregates, cellulose-based chemical paste, chemical adhesive, and, according as necessary, a colorant followed by mixing under agitation and then adding water to the mixture followed by further mixing under agitation. Subsequently, the kneaded product is put into an airtight packaging bag 12 and sealed, being left to stand at a dark cold place for about 12h and solidified. The resultant package 12 is then put on the upper surface of a conveyor 14, being pressurized with a pair of upper and lower compaction rollers 16 to effect softening the kneaded product. |
