<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flyback transformer and its assembly method which can obtain enough joining strength for practical use and eliminate looseness between a core and a main body part. SOLUTION: A flyback transformer is provided with a pair of cares 1, U-shaped from side view, in which one side and the other side counterposed leg parts 1a and 1b are joined together, respectively, with bonding agent, and a law voltage coil part 2 in which one side legs 1a are inserted into a bobbin cylinder 2a. And, the side faces of one side leg parts 1a of each core 1 and the inner surface of the bobbin cylinder 2a of the law voltage coil part 2 are joined together with the banding agent 6 leaking from between the end surfaces of one side leg parts 1a. And, an assembly method contains a process in which the bonding agent 6 more than the amount required for joining the end surfaces together is applied to the end surfaces of one side leg parts 1a of the cores 1, and further the cores 1 whose one side leg parts 1a are inserted into the bobbin cylinder 2a of the low voltage coil part 2 are pressed against each other from the outside.</p> |
