PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain sliced tangle with thoroughly processing raw tangle to a hard core by thinly and forwardly shaving raw tangle from one end to another end while rotating a shaving blade fitted to a rotation drum. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing sliced tangle has shaving blades 2 on a peripheral face of a rotation drum 1 so that the edges 3 of the blades are opposed to a rotating direction of the rotation drum 1 and raw tangle (t) is thinly and forwardly shaved from one end part to another end part while rotating the shaving blades 2 around a rotational center of the rotation drum 1. Concretely, the raw tangle (t) is fed from feeding rollers, etc., into between a rotation drum 1 and a press belt 4 and the raw tangle is pressed to each edge 3 of the blade of each shaving blade 2 by the press belt 4, then the raw tangle (t) may thinly and forwardly be shaved by the rotating shaving blades 2 by transferring to the rotating direction of the shaving blades 2. Preferably, angle controlling tools 5 for the raw tangle (t) having the same number as the shaving blades 2 are attached on the peripheral face laying a little toward the rotational direction from respective shaving blades 2 to control the angles of the raw tangle (t) to the shaving blades 2. |
