PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture the respective power generating elements with a conventional extruder which molds a wire, a tube, etc., prevent the increase of cost as a whole, increase a light receiving area, and improve conversion efficiency, by making the respective power generating elements linear and constituting them of the respective electrodes and semiconductor. SOLUTION: The sections of a negative side electrode 1 and a positive side electrode 4 are circular, and the sections of an N-type semiconductor 2 and a P-type semiconductor 5 are semicircular. The section of C semiconductor 7 is flat rectangular, and the section of the whole body is circular. In the solar power generator, an N side member 3 and a P side member 6 are bonded via the C semiconductor 7 interposed between the N side member 3 and the P side member 6. Thereby formation is easily conducted with a wire extruder, a hose/tube extruder, a pipe extruder, etc. |
