The gas pipeline 13a between the first and second opening and closing valves 8, 9 functions as a pipeline tank. At a time of the pressure raising operation by the gas pressure raising mechanism 5 in continuous molding operation, the first and second opening and closing control valves 8, 9 are together closed and the nitrogen gas in the gas pressure raising mechanism 5 is raised in pressure. At this time, high pressure nitrogen gas raised to predetermined pressure is confined in the gas pipeline 13a.
