PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the energy loss of pressure raising operation by nitrogen gas to the utmost by confining high pressure nitrogen gas in the gas pipeline between the opening and closing control valve in the vicinity of the gas outlet of a gas compression mechanism and the opening and closing control valve in the vicinity of the gas pressure inlet into a resin to use the same as a pipeline tank. SOLUTION: A first opening and closing control valve 8 is arranged in the vicinity of the gas outlet of the gas pressure raising mechanism 5 in the gas pipeline 13 connecting the gas outlet of the gas pressure raising mechanism 5 and the gas injection port of a mold 11 and a second opening and closing valve 9 is arranged in the vicinity of the gas injection port of the mold 11 in the gas pipeline 13. The gas pipeline 13a between the first and second opening and closing valves 8, 9 functions as a pipeline tank. At a time of the pressure raising operation by the gas pressure raising mechanism 5 in continuous molding operation, the first and second opening and closing control valves 8, 9 are together closed and the nitrogen gas in the gas pressure raising mechanism 5 is raised in pressure. At this time, high pressure nitrogen gas raised to predetermined pressure is confined in the gas pipeline 13a. |
