Tea of low grade roasted by far infrared radiator is mixed with the other tea materials and the medical plants to improve the taste and enhance the nutrition. Green tea manufactured by the known method is roasted at 10-30um, 110-140 deg. C for 15-30 mins in drum-roaster with far infrared radiator. The roasted tea is mixed with one or more of the followings selectively at the ratio of 50 wt% ; (1) unpolished rice roasted at 200-300 deg. C for 5-20 mins after gelatinization at 100 deg. C for 20 mins (2) Paraguay tea, Saururus chinesis, persimmon loaf roasted at 5-100um, 100-120 deg. C for 5-30 mins (3) Crataegi furctus roasted at 5-100um, 80-100 deg. C for 5-30 mins.
