MAKING METHOD OF SULPHUR STEEL AND MG SYSTEM DESULFURIZATION MATERIALS

Crytosulfur omitting desulfurization process of molten steel is produced by the following method. (a) 2-6Kg of magnesium series desulphurizer of molten iron with superior desulfurization ability whose composition is 20-50wt% of magnesium, 40-79wt% of calcium oxide and 1-10wt% of silicon dioxide are injected into the molten iron together with nitrogen at the speed of 30-120Kg/min per ton of molten iron and then the sulfur of molten iron is controlled. (b) The produced slag is eliminated by a slag cutting equipment and a slag degausser. (c) The molten iron without slag is charged into a converter and refined.
