FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: technological load on slide block of two- or four-crank press is transmitted to bodies of supports of lower hinges of connecting rods, supports of lower hinges of connecting rods, connecting rods, crank shafts, and drive unit. Bodies of supports of lower hinges of connecting rods are made either separately or integrally with slide block and are located as cantilevers in slide block so that under action of forces created in bodies of supports of lower hinges of connecting rods, slide block of press is made deflected in direction opposite to deflection resulted from technological load. Due to that, deflection of slide block of two- or four-crank press is reduced. EFFECT: higher accuracy of stamped articles, increased stability of dies, longer service life of slide block. |
