When the turbidity sensor(6) lights on the water between the luminant and the receiving element, the turbidity sensor detects the turbidity of the water and delivers the turbidity data to the controller(7). The controller compares the turbidity sensing data provided from the sensor(6) with the pre-established standard data. In case the data reported is less than standard data, the automatic valve(11) of the clean water line(12) opens automatically and supplies clean water into the treatment tank(10). And the water in the treatment tank is agitated and mixed. When the concentration of the sludge water is diluted adjacently to the standard data, the turbidity sensor delivers the signal to the controller(7) to shut down the automatic clean water valve, thus water supply is stopped.
