A video signal processing apparatus includes a time-division multiplex circuit and a multi-display circuit. A video signals outputted from a first A/D converter included in the time-division multiplex circuit is applied to a memory included in the time-division multiplex circuit and a further memory included in the multi-display circuit. A video signal outputted from a second A/D converter included in the multi-display circuit is also written into the further memory. Then, video signals read-out from the further memory are outputted from a plurality of monitor screens. Since the video signal outputted from the first A/D converter is applied to the further memory, it is possible to increase a renewal speed of the monitor screens with no additional A/D converters in the multi-display circuit. <IMAGE>
