PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily monitor movements of a patient as a carrier person in a given period of time in an old-age home, etc., by transmitting a first signal on responding to a switching, and also by transmitting a second signal responding to a detecting signal from a detecting means for detecting movements of a mobile radiocommunication apparatus. SOLUTION: CPU 2 transmits an emerging signal via a transmitter 4 and an antenna 5 when an emergency switch 1 is pushed. Also, even if the switch is not pushed, when a pairing sensor 31 detects a swaying motion with movements of a carrier person, a counter 32 counts the detecting signal, and when the count y reaches a previously set value X, CPU 33 transfers a permission signal for transmitting a moving signal to the CPU 2 and, at the same time, resets the counter 32. Thereby CPU 2 transmits a moving signal together with the ID signal via the transmitter 4 and antenna 5 to the monitor side and the monitor side secures behaviors of the carrier person. |
