PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a yield of a base member by sorting all the part shapes to be arranged in the order of decreasing area and successively arranging the part shapes along the arrangement line so that the height of the respective part shapes is lowered maximally to the datum side of the base member shape. SOLUTION: Part shapes including combined shapes are sorted in the order of decreasing area so as to be sequently arranged from a combined parallelogrammatic part shape 20 with the largest area from the left lower corner of a base member shape 3 along the first arrangement line 4 serving as the bottom side of the base member shape 3, and the part shapes 20 on the leftmost side in the second column and columns above the second column are packed on the lest sides. Subsequently, rectangular part shapes 21 formed of combinations of two rectangular members are arranged sequently, and then, parallelogrammatic part shapes 3 are arranged in the right direction, and on these shapes, parallelogrammatic part, shapes 2 are arranged in the right direction. After parallelogrammatic part shapes 6 are arranged, parallelogrammatic part shapes 7 are arranged on the parallelogrammatic part shapes 4, and moreover, the parallelogrammatic part shapes 7 are moved toward the left side until their left lower vertexes corresponds to right upper vertexes (b) of the rectangular part shapes 21. |
