PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new multifunctional polylactate-based filament nonwoven fabric having water-absorptivity and a mechanical strength sufficient for practical use even in wet state. SOLUTION: This polylactate-based laminated nonwoven fabric is produced by using a polylactate-based polymer having a melt flow rate of 1-100g/10min measured in conformity to ASTM D-1238(E) at 190 deg.C, melting the polymer at a temperature between (Tm+15) deg.C and (Tm+50) deg.C (Tm is the melting point of the polymer), extruding the molten polymer through a spinneret, thinning down the extruded fiber by drawing with a sucking apparatus at a take-up speed of 1,000-6,000m/min, depositing the fibers on a moving collection face under opening to form a web, bonding the web to obtain a filament web layer having shape-retainability, laminating a natural fiber or regenerated fiber web layer separately produced by conventional method to the filament web layer and subjecting the laminate to ultrasonic welder treatment to release and interlock at least a part of the bonded points and integrate the web layers with each other. |
