<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a heat resistant adsorption sheet high in the content of an adsorbent, low in falling off, having flexibility and exhibiting high adsorption performance by suppressing the weight loss of the adsorbent at the time of heating to a value equal to or below a specific one in the adsorption sheet containing the adsorbent, an organic component and an inorganic binder. SOLUTION: This adsorption sheet suitable for adsorbing and removing malodorous components such as an organic solvent contained in the air is prepared so as to contain the adsorbent, the organic component and the inorganic binder and is formed so that the weight loss at the time of heating the adsorption sheet in the air at 300 deg.C for 30min is <=1%. The heat resistant adsorption sheet is produced by forming a sheet like material (precursor sheet) and heating the sheet like material at a temp equal to or below the decomposition temp. of a heat resistant organic polymer and equal to or above the decomposition temp. of a low temp. thermal decomposing organic polymer. In such a case, as the heat resistant organic polymer, an aramide based polymer or the like is used and, as the low temp. decomposing organic polymer, a PVA based polymer or the like is used.</p> |
