PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an organic coated zinc-chromium-ferrous element-alumina plated steel sheet capable of producing with reduced equipment at a low cost and having corrosion resistance and adhesion in addition for coating material. SOLUTION: This steel sheet has a compsn. contg., by weight, 0.1 to 14% chromium, 0.01 to 3% ferrous elements and alumina by 0.01 to 1 % expressed in terms of aluminum, and the balance zinc with inevitable impurities and has a dispersed plating layer of 5 to 30g/m<2> . The upper layer of the above dispersed plating layer is provided with an organic film formed by electrolytic polymerization by 0.01 to 3g/m<2> to obtain the objective organic coated zinc-chromium- ferrous elementalumina composite dispersed plated steel sheet.
