PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more quickly perform the removing of moisture condensation by jetting air from a near-by blow out port by opening a first damper, when moisture condensation is generated on the surface of a radiation duct. SOLUTION: When moisture condensation generates, a first damper is opened, and an air passage is changed. Then, air (hot air) which is heated warmer than the temperature of suction air is jetted to the surface of a radiation panel 104 on which the moisture condensation has generated by a low air volume, and water drops are evaporated. After the moisture condensation has been totally removed, the blowing out direction from a direct blow out port 1 is changed to an indoor air 105 side by an air volume control of an indoor unit 101, and the air is controlled so that it may circulate in a room. Then, a low temperature dehumidifying control for cooling dehumidification is performed by the indoor unit 101. When an indoor humidity becomes 65% or less, the moisture condensation removing operation is completed, the first damper 2 is closed, and a radiation cooling operation is started. Thus, moisture condensation is evaporated by heating the radiation panel surface 104 with hot air, and the moisture condensation removing operation is completed in a short period of time. |
