PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of the curve of a blade during vulcanization molding and to keep the ice performance of a product tire in a good condition. SOLUTION: A pair of blades 28 in which a part corresponding to zigzag shape and a sipe bottom is made to be a flask shape is arranged in the recessed part 26 of a vulcanization molding mold 24. In this way, the generation of the curve of the blades can be prevented during vulcanization molding, and the ice performance of a product tire can be kept in a good condition. Furthermore, since a flask part 28B is formed in a straight line form, the generation of strain is prevented even when lateral force is applied so that the crack resistance of the product tire can be improved. |
